Executive chef Matt Stickle is a culinary artist. A native of the Tacoma area, Stickle graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and has worked in kitchens at the Mission Grille in Sister Bay, WI, The Little Nell in Aspen and the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas. A regular at the Tacoma Farmer’s Market and the region’s farm stands, he is passionate about sourcing the best local ingredients and incorporating them into his menus here at the Hotel Murano.

New Year’s Eve Dinner
Ring in 2015 with a New Year’s Eve dinner at Bite. This special holiday dinner will feature an array of starters ranging from a winter panzanella salad to fries and gravy topped with Zinfandel gravy, sautéed mushrooms and gorgonzola. Diners may select the entrée of their choosing with options ranging from Surf and Turf to Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Prime Rib and more, or opt for a portioned Dinner for Two.
